Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Real Estate Operations (transaction/listing management, admin, or similar support role). Sales roles do not qualify. This is an opportunity to become the owner's trusted operational counterpart.

You'll take ownership of the ops side of a Top 1% Toronto real estate business, building and improving systems that support growth, and running those systems to see the impact of your work over time. You'll have meaningful autonomy to solve problems, make operational decisions, and implement automations. If you're familiar with the concept of an Integrator from Rocket Fuel, you'll have a good sense of what this role is all about.

Success in this role means creating calm from complexity. Transactions and listings move smoothly, priorities stay explicit, clients feel exceptionally well cared for, and the business grows while maintaining that calm. Compensation:$65,000-$85,000 annually, with Paid Time Off and Bonus Potential.
