Qualifications

· Registered Early Childhood Educator or equivalent

· In positive standing with the College of Early Childhood Education

· Current Standard First Aid and CPR Certification

· Complete a Criminal Reference Check

· Current immunization record

Responsible to management of individual program

Summary The Registered Early Childhood Educator Supply Teacher is responsible supervising and caring for children in a manner that is consistent with AllSteps Mission, Vision and Program Statement. · Implement and adhere to AllSteps policies and procedures.





· Provide ongoing communication regarding children, families to the Director and co-workers

Child Care and Early Years Act (C.C.E.Y.A.)

- Ensuring that all standards of operations are met, pertaining to but not limited to, the C.C.E.Y.A., M.O.H., and P.H.

Liaison

- Maintains regular parent contact.
- Keeps Director advised if any pertinent information regarding circumstances of the child of their family that may affect the child’s welfare.

Program

- Promotes, supports, and implement AllSteps Program Statement.

AllSteps Child Care may utilize artificial intelligence (A.I.) assisted tools throughout the recruitment process. All final hiring decisions are made by AllSteps Child Care Management Personnel.
