Your role includes generating file reports, managing physical and electronic data clean-ups, and providing records management training for new staff. Your contributions will help maintain operational excellence across multiple offices. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute off-site file indexing and retrieval activities
- Generate file reports and manage destruction approvals
- Clean up electronic file data in management databases
- Conduct onboarding training for recent legal support staff
- Serve as the onsite contact for shredding vendor services Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years in Records Management or Information Governance
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficient in English and French (Quebec positions)
