Key Responsibilities
Full Cycle Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
Hiring Strategy
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates while maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience.
Team Leadership
Provide daily guidance and mentorship to Recruitment Coordinators and Talent Acquisition Specialists, supporting performance and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, recommend recruitment solutions, and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process.
Recruitment Analytics
Track recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
Policy Compliance
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Canadian employment standards, privacy regulations, and internal company policies.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources, including at least 1 year in a supervisory, team lead, or mentoring role.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
Technical Skills
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office, and online recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other professional sourcing tools.
Communication Skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Leadership
Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple recruitment campaigns, mentor team members, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $4,681.00-$6,800.00 per month
