Your role focuses on maintaining resident safety and compliance with health legislation, ensuring high-quality therapeutic experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and plan resident programming using best practices
- Communicate effectively with the care team and community partners
- Complete care plans and assessments as required
- Support residents’ council, volunteers, and students
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with privacy laws Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Recreation Therapy or related fields
- Valid Ontario driver’s licenses (G and F)
- One year of experience as an Activationist or Recreation Therapist
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
