Job Position: Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician who is ready to take on a leadership role as an Electrical Foreman. The successful candidate will oversee electrical projects from start to finish, lead crews on-site, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects.
- Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently,



and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and other trades.
- Mentor apprentices and support their technical development.
- Complete job documentation, daily reports, and material tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site.

Qualifications

- Red Seal Certification (required).
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Lead is considered a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and safe work practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
