*Construction Site Superintendent*
Our client is looking for a Site Superintendent to join a well-established construction and design-build organization operating across Alberta. This company has a long-standing presence in the industry and delivers a range of industrial and commercial construction projects, supported by a growing field team and a strong commitment to safety and quality execution.
The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of workmanship and communication across all stakeholders.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide in office leadership and supervision of all construction activities
* Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules prior to project execution
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
* Support site setup, logistics, and mobilization planning
* Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with schedules and milestones
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Enforce Occupational Health & Safety regulations and company policies on site
* Identify and report project issues, delays, and deficiencies to the Project Manager
* Oversee quality control and ensure corrective actions are completed when required
* Lead site meetings with trades, consultants, and project stakeholders

*Qualifications*
* 5+ years of experience in a Site Superintendent or construction supervisory role
* Background in industrial and/or commercial construction projects
* In-depth knowledge of construction sequencing, methods, and site coordination
* Solid understanding of Alberta Occupational Health & Safety regulations
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Valid driver’s licence with reliable transportation
* Relevant safety certifications required; additional site-specific training as needed

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
