You will work collaboratively across departments to ensure that Partner and Employee needs are met while elevating customer satisfaction. This position is crucial for creating a culture of respect and establishing United as the preferred choice among Partners. Key Responsibilities:

- Increase brand awareness within the Partner community
- Onboard new Partners/Employees effectively




- Manage ongoing performance and skill development
- Implement strategic initiatives and recognition programs
- Facilitate regional Partner meetings and collaboration Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' janitorial industry experience
- Post-secondary degree in business administration
- Robust communication and conflict management skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
- Advanced technology competency including Salesforce Lead Partner development and enhance the experience for all involved in the United network.
