As a Registered Care Aide, you will assist in delivering quality client care while adhering to established policies and standards. This position offers a shift rotation on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during daytime hours. Key Responsibilities:

- Support client care under the supervision of the manager
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Organize and carry out assigned tasks efficiently
- Operate related equipment competently
- Ensure adherence to health care policies and procedures Requirements:
- Registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
- Completed recognized Nursing Assistant Program or equivalent
- Grade 10 education minimum
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
