We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our agile dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting optimal oral health. This role requires a professional who is passionate about patient education and has excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Assist in the management of patient records .
- Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Foster strong customer service relationships with patients,
addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental office management software is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
