This permanent full time role offers an opportunity to work closely with a clinical team, focusing on individualized diet plans and nutritional assessments.

As a Registered Dietitian, your key responsibilities include implementing care plans, reviewing menus, and educating residents and staff on nutrition. Your expertise in geriatric nutrition will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritious meals served reflect the diverse needs of our residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with food service management on nutrition needs
- Conduct nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0




- Develop individualized diet plans for residents
- Maintain communication with the Food Service Manager
- Review and approve seasonal menus for adequacy Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian eligible for College of Dietitians of Ontario
- 3-5 years in long-term care setting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PointClickCare
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
