Job Summary A Child's Paradise Too is seeking an experienced Registered Early Childhood Educator for a fulltime position starting in September 2026. The successful candidates must be passionate about child development and able to implement quality programming in a highly nurturing environment. The successful RECE will help guide and support the growth and development of the children following the philosophy of "How Does Learning Happen". New graduates are welcome to apply with references from each placement completed. Hourly rate is depended on the number of years of experience and the current hourly rate as implemented by the Ministry of Education.

Qualifications and Skills

- Standard First Aid/CPR Level C
- Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months
- Up to date immunizations
- Current membership with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of Child Care and Early Years Act (2014)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to change
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
