Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy treatments utilizing various techniques to address client-specific concerns and goals
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand medical history, preferences, and treatment objectives
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and monitor client progress over time
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or exercises
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expectations,



and post-session care instructions
- Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques, industry standards, and best practices to continually enhance service quality

Requirements

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or certification body in your region
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness treatments
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and listen attentively to client needs
- Previous experience in massage therapy or related health fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
