Someone who will shape how the brokerage runs, build the agent roster, and grow with the company as it scales across GTA and Ontario.Your RECO license is the operational foundation of Aegis Concierge Inc., and it's what enables the platform to connect to TRREB MLS and CREA DDF. Without a licensed broker, there's no legal access to MLS data. This is a core product dependency.What You'll DoRegulatory & Compliance— Serve as Broker of Record under RECO/TRESA, manage the trust account, approve transactions, sign required documentation,



and act as primary contact with RECO.MLS & Data Access— Maintain active credentials for TRREB MLS and CREA DDF, ensuring uninterrupted API access for the platform.Agent Network— Recruit, train, and manage RECO-licensed agents.
