As the Lean/TCP Specialist, you will report to the CI Supervisor and play a critical role in delivering Total Cost Productivity outcomes. You'll act as a mentor, guiding teams on Lean methodologies and overseeing continuous improvement projects. Your work will focus on meeting strategic goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Continuous Improvement processes using Lean tools
• Coach teams in the execution of improvement projects
• Facilitate change initiatives for immediate benefits




• Analyze processes to ensure cost and performance gains
• Train and supervise Continuous Improvement interns
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Business, or Operations
• At least 5 years of experience in an operations workplace
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma is advantageous
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
