We are currently seeking a Registered Psychologist who provides therapy to children, couples, and families and is available to work two evenings per week and Saturdays.

About the Opportunity We are hiring a Registered Psychologist to provide in-person services at our Calgary location.

The successful candidate must be available to work:

- Two evenings per week
- Saturdays

We are seeking someone interested in developing a consistent caseload of approximately 10 to 15 client hours per week, with the opportunity to grow based on availability and client demand. This position is best suited to a psychologist who is comfortable and experienced working with:

- Children
- Couples
- Families

Experience supporting adolescents and adults is also considered an asset. We’re Looking for Someone Who

- Is currently registered and in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists
- Has experience providing therapy to children, couples, and families
- Is available to work two evenings per week and Saturdays
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, reliability, and excellent communication skills
- Provides warm, client-centred, evidence-based care
- Maintains healthy professional boundaries and strong clinical documentation
- Appreciates organized systems and high clinical standards
- Works independently while contributing positively to a collaborative clinic culture
- Is committed to building a consistent and sustainable caseload

Key Responsibilities

- Provide in-person psychological services to children, couples, and families
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans through a collaborative and natural process of getting to know each client, their needs,



and their goals.
- Provide parent consultation and family support when clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with CAP standards and clinic policies
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, administrative staff, and external professionals
- Collaborate with schools, physicians, healthcare providers, and other professionals when appropriate and with proper consent
- Maintain ethical, professional, and client-centred standards of care

Qualifications

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology
- Full registration as a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists
- Registration in good standing and appropriate professional liability insurance including cyber liability
- Demonstrated experience working with children, couples, and families
- Minimum one year of clinical experience
- Private-practice experience is considered an asset
- Training in couples therapy, family therapy, play-based interventions, parenting support, trauma treatment, or child and adolescent therapy is considered an asset
- Solid rapport-building, communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

Job type: Part-time, Independent Contractor Pay: CA$130.00–CA$150.00 per hour
