We are seeking a Rehabilitation Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rehabilitation department and support the delivery of high-quality clinical care. Key Responsibilities

Department Leadership:

Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring efficient service delivery, staffing coordination, and effective resource management.

Team Management:

Supervise physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and other allied health professionals while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Quality Improvement:

Monitor departmental performance, implement quality improvement initiatives,



and ensure rehabilitation services meet organizational goals and patient care standards.

Patient Care Coordination:

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans for patients.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure departmental compliance with provincial healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, workplace safety standards, and organizational policies.

Staff Development:

Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives for rehabilitation team members.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in rehabilitation services, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or a related allied health field, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory, team lead, or management role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Kinesiology, or another relevant healthcare discipline. Current professional registration with the applicable provincial regulatory body is considered an asset.

Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage departmental operations, and support staff performance and engagement.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals.

Organizational Skills:

Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Technology:

Proficiency with electronic medical records, Microsoft Office applications, scheduling software, and healthcare information systems.

Pay: $6,499.00-$7,900.00 per month
