Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies.
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate employee compensation and tax filings.
- Reconcile other accounts periodically to ensure data consistency across all financial systems and records.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with familiarity in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll procedures, and financial reporting standards.
- Skilled in account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and clients efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
