- The candidate must organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
- The candidate will be required to execute the inventory processing plan established by the Product Operations Lead, including performing accurate RFID inventory counts in accordance with company standards.
- The candidate must receive and process product deliveries, including folding, sorting, and hanging products to optimize space and productivity.
- The candidate must reconcile, prepare, package, and ship products according to company standards, including damages and consolidations.
- The candidate must execute product display adjustments, restocking, and destocking to maintain store organization and presentation.
- The candidate must execute omnichannel programs such as buy online/pick up in store and ship from store according to company standards.
- The candidate must interact with guests or connect them with team members to support a positive retail experience.
- The candidate must contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment that supports all team members and guests.
- The candidate must use in-store technology to support operations and enhance guest experience.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- The candidate must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
- The candidate must be 18 years of age or older.
- The candidate with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent or above is considered an asset.
- The candidate with experience in retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations (including inventory or stocking activities) will be considered an asset.
- Experience is not necessary for this role.
- The candidate must demonstrate solid attention to detail and ensure work tasks are completed thoroughly.
- The candidate must be organized and able to prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- The candidate must be self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed goals.
- The candidate must be committed to following all safety rules and guidelines.
- The candidate must take responsibility and accountability for their actions.

Work conditions and physical capabilities
- The candidate must be available for varying shifts based on store needs.
- The candidate will be required to work shifts that include evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
- The candidate may also be required to work during times when the store is closed to guests.
- The candidate will move throughout the store, including sales floor areas with bright lights and loud music, as well as in areas with no windows or natural light.
- The candidate will work as part of a team, independently when needed, and may use computers or other technology to complete tasks.
- The candidate may be required to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and use ladders to access materials.
