We expect each member of our team to actively embrace and participate in the biblical practices that guide our work and mission.Position SummaryThe Program Coordinator provides direct mentorship, recovery support, discipleship, and program guidance to assigned clients while helping maintain the structure, accountability,
and transformational culture of the program. This role plays a key part in supporting each client’s spiritual, emotional, personal, and recovery growth journey.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Mentorship & Recovery SupportProvide one-on-one mentorship and accountability to assigned clientsBuild healthy supportive relationships while maintaining professional boundariesMonitor client progress, behaviours, goals, and participation within the programEncourage spiritual, emotional, relational, and personal growthTeach and facilitate recovery groups, classes, devotions, and program curriculumAssist clients in understanding and applying program materialSupport healthy participation and engagement during group sessionsPersonal Recovery PlanningDevelop and oversee customized personal study and recovery plans for clientsTrack individual progress and provide ongoing encouragement and accountabilityHelp clients establish practical life goals, healthy routines, and next stepsFamily & Support CommunicationMaintain appropriate communication with client families and support systemsProvide updates, encouragement, and support within organizational guidelinesAssist with family restoration and healthy relationship developmentLive as an example to the clients in daily behaviour and actionsModel Christ-centered leadership and healthy spiritual maturityFoster an setting of discipleship, prayer, restoration, and personal growthSupport chapel services, devotions, outreach opportunities,
