Role Overview

Join the Infrastructure and Operations team in the Senior Business Systems Analyst position. In this role, you will support the design, configuration, and operational support of enterprise platforms, including enabling effective end-user support by performing advanced systems analysis, solution design, and data integration activities.

What You Will Do

Perform business systems analysis and solution design, translating business requirements into functional system solutions. Configure, support, and enhance enterprise business systems and services, ensuring stable day-to-day operations for end users.

Requirements

- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in a related field.
- A minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, systems design, or application support.
- Experience using structured analysis, design,



and programming techniques to deliver business system solutions.
- Exposure to end-user / operational support practices (incident triage, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation) using an ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Working knowledge of collaboration and productivity tools and services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive) and common user connectivity concepts (e.g., VPN).
- Working knowledge of data structures, including databases, data warehousing concepts, and data governance.
- Demonstrated ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business decision-making.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace.
