You'll join a dynamic team responsible for executing accurate, high-volume payrolls, supporting various clients across industries. Accurately process and audit multi-state payrolls for multiple clients, including quarter- and year-end tasks Execute and review pre- and post-payroll reports, identifying and correcting discrepancies Reconcile payroll outputs, research variances, and process adjustments, manual checks, reversals, and stop payments Support the setup of new payroll cycles, including HR and pay data entry Experience with multi-corporation, multi-state automated payroll systems and a solid understanding of payroll tax, wage laws, and accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting,
