En tant que conseiller(-ère) expert(e) en performance financière, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’optimisation de la performance financière et le suivi des investissements en apportant une expertise stratégique et des analyses à forte valeur ajoutée. Vous contribuerez à faire évoluer les pratiques, à structurer les approches et à influencer les décisions dans des contextes complexes. Vous aurez l’occasion d’agir comme référence en performance financière, tout en participant activement à l’innovation et à l’amélioration continue des pratiques. Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes :

Agir comme partenaire stratégique dans la planification et le suivi de la performance financière Influencer la prise de décision à l’aide d’analyses financières approfondies et de recommandations stratégiques Piloter des mandats transversaux à fort impact dans des contextes complexes et évolutifs Soutenir l’identification, l’analyse et la priorisation des enjeux et des investissements Accompagner les membres de l’équipe dans la réalisation de dossiers complexes liés à la fonction FP&A; Contribuer à l’évolution, à l’harmonisation et à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et des outils Développer des analyses avancées et intégrer des approches innovantes, incluant l’intelligence artificielle Vos talents et qualifications :

Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe Titre professionnel pertinent (CPA ou équivalent)



Plus de 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en performance financière ou FP&A; Expertise en planification financière, modélisation, analyse d’investissement et gouvernance financière Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise Beneva is an equal opportunity employer, so we encourage all Women, persons with disabilities, Indigenous people as well as visible and ethnic minorities to apply.
