Culinary SupervisorAs a valuable member of the Culinary Team, you will deliver winning service in a high‑paced, high‑volume workplace. You will be directed by the Chef to ensure accurate preparation, cooking techniques, and processes are implemented. You will manage inventory, order, and maintain quality for protein, produce, dry goods, and cleaning supplies. You will provide hands‑on support, training, and direction to cooks to ensure the final product is presented according to specifications. Daily tasks include taste‑testing, closing the kitchen, reporting equipment and product discrepancies, and maintaining a clean and safe work area in accordance with food safety and health standards. You will prioritize and organize tasks for speed and quality, contribute positively to a team‑focused environment, and maintain a proactive relationship with FOH to ensure guest satisfaction.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of culinary experience in a high‑volume kitchen.Must be available to work evenings, weekends,
