Through innovation, teamwork, and a shared commitment to sustainability, our professionals are empowered to build their careers, contribute meaningfully, and help shape the future of real estate.Where You’ll Add ValueThe Property Administrator, Site is primarily responsible for the general administration and oversight of the property and to ensure that a superior level of cooperation, service and support is provided to Residents thereby ensuring that Morguard is the preferred landlord of choice.How You’ll Make a DifferenceCustomer Service: Ensure that a superior level of cooperation, service and support is provided to residentsPromptly respond to resident issues and concernsBe available to residents for general inquiries about living in their suite, building and communityAdministration: Oversee and coordinate all office administration, including ordering office supplies, organizing and maintaining filing system, email,



phone calls and walk-in visitorsProvide information to residents and ensures all resident concerns are acted upon in a timely mannerDraft collection noticesEnsure terms of the lease agreements are met and administer damages and chargesAssist the daily operations team on any pending projects and assignmentsResponsible for enforcing the terms of lease agreements, such as rent collection, rules and regulations, and following procedures of serving notices to residentsTake in vacancy notices, review rent ready and vacancy reports, age receivables and rent rollsAttend hearings or be involved in hearings including creating files, preparing evidence and gathering back-up materialsProcessing and prepare Purchase Orders and payScan limits and includes in tracking sheetAny special assignments by the business as they ariseOperations: Receives and schedules service requestsHelps with scheduling service requests if/when neededAssist with “move-in, move-out” proceduresAll other duties within the scope of the job, as requested by managementAccounting: Review of rent rolls and aged accounts receivables as required by head officeProcessing of all correspondence as required per the RTAThe Expertise You’ll BringCompletion of High School or general education degree (GED)1+ years of related experience in a customer service or related roleComputer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, Email, Internet)Core CompetenciesA commitment to "Best in Class" Customer ServiceAbility to accurately listen,
