The Research
Coordinator I role is full-time and based at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. You'll collaborate on projects aimed at improving health and social conditions for unhoused individuals. It's essential to have experience in evaluation research and a passion for engaging with communities to drive systemic improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize research publications
- Recruit participants for surveys and interviews
- Prepare and submit Research Ethics Board applications
- Assist in data analysis and project reporting
- Facilitate communication with community partners Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in social sciences or related field
- 2 years of relevant research experience
- Mixed-methods research experience
- Robust analytical and interpersonal skills
