Travel %: 0%.What you will doThe Facilities Services Technician performs routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems and equipment to support a clean, safe, and fully operational manufacturing site. The role includes completing scheduled inspections, accurately documenting findings, and executing assigned maintenance and calibration tasks. The technician collaborates with cross‑functional teams to effectively plan and complete maintenance activities on time and coordinates contractors as required. Once trained, the role also participates in a rotating on‑call schedule to provide after‑hours support.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete preventive maintenance and calibration tasks for all facilities equipment and systems.Lead and oversee the maintenance and repair of facility systems (HVAC, purified water, compressed air, boilers, chillers, building controls, and fire protection systems).Respond to on‑demand maintenance and service requests from customers.Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.Utilize computerized maintenance management systems for work orders.Communicate clearly with stakeholders and customers about results, issues, and recommended corrective actions.Issue, review, and enforce safety permits while overseeing contractors to ensure safe, compliant work practices.Perform overtime and on‑call duties for off‑shift emergency maintenance as required.Required Qualifications3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.Recognized trade certification (Electrical, HVAC,
