In this pivotal role reporting to the Administrator, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care within our Communities of Care and Wellness.

Your responsibilities include guiding care staff, evaluating nursing practices, and implementing clinical best practices. You will collaborate closely with a management team dedicated to excellence in care while ensuring adherence to operational plans and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and evaluate nursing care in assigned teams
- Mentor and manage performance of all care staff
- Implement AgeCare Clinical Best Practice Programs
- Monitor safety and injury prevention measures
- Participate in accreditation and corporate initiatives Requirements:
- RN Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with CARNA membership
- 5 years’ leadership experience in nursing care
- Knowledge of Long Term Care regulations
- Experience with dementia care
