Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to ensure a spotless environment
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with efficiency and care
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal prep as needed to support household routines
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are sanitized and ready for use
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing friendly and professional service
- Manage your schedule effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety protocols during all cleaning activities

Qualifications





- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Solid organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform light cooking and laundry duties confidently
- Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, respectful attitude towards clients’ homes and privacy
- Basic understanding of cleaning products, safety procedures, and household organization techniques
