Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisor to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for providing outstanding guest service. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing guest orders, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.

- Assist with food service as needed, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards and are served in a timely manner.

- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary.

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any guest concerns promptly.

- Demonstrate effective time management skills to balance multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.

- Leading team members, assisting them with their workload as needed, covering shifts, and assigning duties,



ensuring all tasks are complete before the staff members leave

- Reporting to the restaurant manager with any updates, issues, or concerns

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry and serving practices.

- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.

- Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices is essential.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions.

- Experience with cash handling and cashiering duties is advantageous.

- A background in hospitality or restaurant service is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
