Job Overview

Join our flagship retail team as a Retail Restocking Associate located in the downtown core. This job consists of restocking the sales floor, visual merchandising, constructing merchandising units, keeping a clean and organized environment, conducting inventory audits to ensure products reflect accurately, accepting shipments, and providing general customer service. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge in customer service experience, warehouse work, and has a background in/and understanding of the TCG/board game/RPG market and community.

Duties

- Restock merchandise efficiently, ensuring products are available and properly displayed on shelves and fixtures
- Conduct inventory audits to make sure inventory online and in-person reflect accurately.
- Assist with pricing adjustments, signage placement, and store layout changes to optimize sales potential
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately during cashiering duties
- Support store management with inventory organization, stock rotation, and administrative tasks such as logging shipments and updating product records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store cleanliness, safety standards, and organized stockrooms
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions related to products,



store policies, and promotions while maintaining positive communication skills
- General product knowledge in; TCGs, Boardgames, RPGs

Qualifications

- Strong retail sales background with knowledge of merchandising techniques
- Knowledge in POS systems such as Shopify.
- Proficiency in Google sheets such as; docs, and excel.
- Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately, perform cash handling duties, and manage pricing adjustments confidently
- Physical capability to lift heavy items and boxes (up to 35-40 lbs)
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
