We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, work well with others. Background in Geography is an asset.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering duties.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Uphold high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- A proven track record in upselling or achieving sales targets is a plus.
