Department / Unit: Clinical Support Services Job Stream: Clinical Support Union: Non Union Anticipated Start Date - End Date: ASAP - 02/05/2027 Reason for Term: Other Leave FTE: 0.60 Anticipated Shift: Days Work Arrangement: In Person Daily Hours Worked: 7.75 Annual Base Hours: 2015 Experience - Experience using risk management and hazard risk vulnerability processes including risk identification, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, assessment and recommendations for risk reduction.
Note: An equivalent combination of education and experience, as deemed recognized by the Hospital, may be considered in lieu of the above.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) - Successful completion of a recognized post‑secondary diploma/degree in risk management.
- Minimum (2) two years’ education in:
- Risk Management - Risk Assessment and Treatment - Business Analytics - Auditing - Actuarial mathematics Certification/Licensure/Registration Not applicable Qualifications and Skills - Demonstrated ability and aptitude to undertake research, for recognizing, investigating and analyzing problems, and developing innovative solutions.

- Must possess tact, discretion, diplomacy and behavioral flexibility.

- Strong knowledge of risk management.
- Solid knowledge of internal audit including application of IIA‑aligned methods.
- Proficiency in the use of common software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency in planning and research, meeting deadlines, and in leading projects.
- Demonstrated conceptual ability, analytical skills and big picture thinking; while remaining attentive to relevant details.
- Ability to work independently.
