This is a greenfield implementation where the successful candidate will help design and develop modern data pipelines, leverage Snowflake-native capabilities, and enable business users with trusted, analytics-ready da ta.The ideal candidate combines strong data engineering skills with hands-on Snowflake expertise and a passion for building scalable, high-performance data solutions that drive business val ue. Responsibili mentsData Pipeline Develop mentDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver data into Snowfl ake.Develop ELT/ETL processes to support batch and near real-time data integration requireme nts.Integrate data from various enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud-based sour ces.Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency throughout the data lifecy cle.Snowflake Solution Develop mentLeverage Snowflake-native capabilities to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable data soluti ons.Develop and optimize Snowflake objects including databases, schemas, tables, views, tasks, streams, and dynamic tab les.Utilize Snowflake features to support data transformation, orchestration, and performance optimizat ion.Collaborate with platform engineers to ensure solutions align with governance, security, and operational standa rds.Data Mart & Analytics Enable mentSupport the design and development of business-focused data marts and semantic data mod els.Create curated datasets that enable self-service reporting and analyt ics.Partner with business stakeholders, analysts,



and data consumers to understand reporting and analytics requireme nts.Enable new analytics capabilities through the delivery of high-quality, trusted data ass ets.Performance & Optimiza tionOptimize data models, transformations, and queries for performance and scalabil ity.Monitor pipeline execution and troubleshoot data processing iss ues.Implement best practices for cost management, performance tuning, and operational efficiency within Snowfl ake.Contribute to data engineering standards, documentation, and development proces ses. Required Qualifica tions4+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or cloud data platform develop ment.2+ years of hands-on Snowflake development experi ence.Strong SQL development and data modeling sk ills.Experience building and maintaining enterprise data pipelines and data integration solut ions.Experience developing dimensional models, data marts, and analytics-ready data sets.Understanding of modern ELT/ETL design patterns and best pract ices.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google C loud.Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical sk ills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business and technical stakehol ders.Preferred Qualific ationsSnowPro Certification (Core or Adva nced).Experience with Snowflake-native features such as Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, Snowpark, and Data Sh aring.Experience with data orchestration and integration tools.Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and DataOps prac tices.Experience supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initia tives.Knowledge of modern data architecture and cloud-native data platform d escription.
