We currently have one opening for the morning shift and one for the evening shift.In the near term (up to 30 days), this person will focus on manual labour tasks, material handling, and assisting operators (Laser, Brake Press, Foam Injection) as needed.In the longer term (30+ days), as manufacturing operations expand, the role will continue to evolve, with more dedicated responsibilities supporting equipment operators and production workflow.Business and operational needs will determine the exact pace of this transition.Key ResponsibilitiesYou are a dedicated individual who value sustainability and love challenges. You will work closely with the Manufacturing Team and Production to:Perform material handling, pre and post panel assemble to support day-to-day manufacturing operationsAssist Laser, Brake Press, and Foam Injection operators with loading, unloading, and staging sheet metal, panels, and finished productsSafely operate pump trucks, jib cranes, and lift devices to move materialSupport production by preparing work areas, organizing parts, and following job traveler instructionsEnsure parts are handled and staged according to quality standardsMaintain a secure, organized, and clean work area in line with 5S standardsParticipate in continuous improvement activities to support efficiency and workflowPerform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead.Experience and SkillsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production support role preferredAptitude to communicate effectively with team membersStrong work ethic, willingness to learn, and reliabilityCommitted to safety in the workplaceProfessional, responsible, reliable, and positive attitudeAbility to multitask and follow instructions accuratelyCapacity to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand or walk for extended periods of timeWorking with Oxygen8At Oxygen8, we strongly believe in building a team that works well together, and we are committed to creating an environment that is inclusive and provides the space for individuals to learn and grow.
