We are seeking hardworking individuals to fulfill the Roughneck role on our HDD rig team. You will assist with rig operation, handle equipment, and maintain safety standards in a physically demanding workplace. Experience in the oil and gas field is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the driller in rig setup and daily operations
• Move drill pipes and handle various rig equipment
• Execute routine maintenance on drilling machinery
• Keep the work area safe and orderly
• Direct the driller with operation signals
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
• Familiarity with HDD rigs or oil industry work recommended
