Executive Assistant to the President & CEO Canadian Adventure Charters Inc. (CAC) invites applications for an Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. The role combines high‑level executive support with operational expedition involvement in remote Arctic environments. Responsibilities Support the CEO’s high‑level strategy and positioning of CAC as a global leader in bespoke expeditions, exploration, adventure experiences, deep‑sea research, and next‑generation marine technology. Develop and expand relationships with UHNWI clients, family offices, Fortune 500 executives, government officials, academic institutions, and private investment groups. Assist in securing major contracts valued from $50 M to $10 B USD across venture capital, marine insurance, and international enterprise. Contribute to the planning, logistics, and execution of world‑first expeditions across the Arctic, polar, deep‑sea, and frontier environments. Coordinate advanced programs integrating AI, GIS, marine robotics, and scientific research to advance operational capabilities. Support the preparation, submission, and coordination of bids, tenders, and sustainable development proposals. Manage marine and aviation logistics, including helicopters, drones, submersibles, ROVs, and ice‑class research vessels. Facilitate logistics for high‑stakes business and finance initiatives, including venture capital structuring and multimillion‑to‑billion‑dollar financial engagements. Qualifications Extensive global network across VIP, UHNW, and executive‑level circles. Demonstrated experience managing international travel, executive security, and high‑profile operations. Strong knowledge of global business, diplomacy, and contract negotiation.



Thrives in quick‑paced, high‑pressure environments. Highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and precision. World‑class communication, representation, and client‑relationship skills. Minimum 10+ years of expedition or maritime research experience. 5–10 years of C‑Suite or equivalent executive operational leadership. Required expertise in marine & aviation operations, international trade & policy, engineering & infrastructure, ocean & environmental science, and global media & entertainment. Education: MBA, Maritime Law, CPA, PhD, or advanced engineering certifications (highly preferred). Health & fitness: No sea sickness, air sickness, or submersible‑related motion sickness. Legal eligibility to work for a Canadian company. Preferred Certifications Polar Guide SCTW Emergency First Responder PAL (Firearms) Degree in Maritime Law MBA Benefits & Perks Travel by helicopter, floatplane, and hot air balloon. Travel aboard ice‑class research vessels and deep‑sea submersibles. Navigation of Arctic terrain using Sherps, landing crafts, ATVs, skidoos, and dog teams. Participation in high‑profile media engagements and speaking opportunities. Collaboration with superyacht owners, billionaires, world leaders, scientists, and explorers. Annual performance bonuses included. Position Details Job Type: Full‑Time, Permanent Location: Remote (required) Languages: English (required); French, Spanish, German, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, and Inuktitut are strong assets.
