Naimark Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated Law Clerk/Paralegal with extensive experience in Accident Benefits, to work alongside a senior lawyer handling high severity CAT files.

Key Responsibilities

- Completion of OCF forms
- Drafting LAT applications
- Preparing Case Conference summary forms
- Preparing for LAT hearings
- Requesting and reviewing medical documentation
- Daily communication with clients and third parties
- Handling CAT files

Attributes & Experience

- 5+ years of accident benefits experience including extensive knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS).
- Experience working in a fast pace environment running 150+ ab files
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office,



Time Matters and PC Law
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.

Salary to be negotiated based on experience. The position is remote and office attendance is required once a month. In addition, Naimark Law Firm has transitioned to 4 day work weeks!
