- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold a pristine environment.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain high standards of hygiene.

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Robust knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
