Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to uphold the hotel’s high standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to provide guests with all necessary comforts.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Assist with laundry duties when needed, including washing, folding,



and organizing linens and uniforms.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and health regulations at all times.
