Software Developer – Senior (RQ11385) Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement Location: 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario (Onsite) We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise applications within a large-scale public-sector technology environment. The successful candidate will translate technical specifications into high-quality software solutions, develop modern web applications and APIs, manage CI/CD pipelines, and support application modernization initiatives using cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, REST APIs, OpenAPI, OAuth2, Azure technologies, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience supporting large government applications, Agile delivery environments, and cloud service models (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS) is highly desirable.

Technical Documentation & Stakeholder Collaboration (20%)

Prepare technical documentation, reports, assessments, and implementation materials.
