Automation is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager (service) to drive growth across the organization. This is a position responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering custom automation and engineered solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years of sales experience in custom automation or engineered-to-order solutions , along with a technical or engineering background to effectively engage with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth. Identify, pursue, and close complex custom automation and engineered system service opportunities Lead the full sales lifecycle,



from opportunity development through contract negotiation and project handoff Collaborate with internal engineering and application teams to develop and deliver tailored technical solutions Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast to meet or exceed revenue targets Travel ~ Expectation of travel up to 30-50% of the time could be anticipated, however this may be exceeded in exceptional circumstances to meet sales or project needs 5-7+ years of sales experience in custom automation, engineered systems, or capital equipment ~ Proven track record of closing complex, technical sales opportunities ~ Experience within Automation (service) related markets ~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar) Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes Fast-paced and continuously fostering growth, we encourage the entrepreneurial spirit that our teams embody, and leverage each of their strengths to do better for our people, our clients, and our communities.
