The Merchandising Officer is responsible for representing the company's brands in the field by executing merchandising activities, retail activations, product sampling, and consumer engagement campaigns across assigned territories.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

- Execute market, street, school, and retail activation campaigns.

- Merchandise products according to company standards and set up branded promotional/sampling stations.

- Conduct consumer education and product sampling exercises.

- Build positive relationships with retailers/distributors, ensure shelf visibility, and enforce approved product pricing.

- Distribute promotional materials and gather market intelligence.

- Submit accurate daily digital field reports via smartphone.

- Maintain company uniforms, merchandising equipment, and promotional assets.

Requirements:

- Minimum of an NCE,



or equivalent qualification.

- Spoken/written English and mandatory fluency in Nigerian Pidgin English.

- Basic smartphone proficiency and valid identification.

- Residence in Asaba/environs and willingness to travel extensively across Southern Nigeria.

Remuneration: NGN 160,000 + 40,000 (for meals and incidental field expenses)
