This role is a net new role that is advisory-focused and will support complex tariff, origin, valuation, and trade remedy matters across a national client base.



We are looking for a technically robust customs professional who can work directly with clients to navigate challenging customs matters and manage disputes arising from customs audits and help develop defense strategies. Your Responsibilities Advise clients on surtax/tariff exposure, customs compliance, and trade strategy across Canadian and U.S. regimes Analyze classification, valuation, origin, and trade remedy risks Develop defensible technical positions and draft advisory memoranda Lead and support clients through CBSA verifications, and dispute resolution matters Design and implement customs compliance frameworks and internal controls Communicate directly with clients and regulatory authorities Collaborate with tax,
