Assist customers with parts inquiries, process orders, and support warehouse operations in a collaborative environment.In this role, you will report to the Parts Manager and focus on delivering excellent customer service while helping with parts inventory duties. Your responsibilities will include unloading incoming parts, locating and shipping materials, and assisting service technicians as required. A strong foundation in problem-solving will enhance your effectiveness in this position.Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers in locating necessary parts and pricing- Unload, receive,
