Join a patient-focused optical boutique in the heart of downtown Toronto, directly connected to a busy Optometrist's office. We're looking for a friendly, fashion-conscious Optical Sales Associate.

- Monday to Friday schedule—no evenings or weekends
- Supportive, collaborative team culture
- No high-pressure sales quotas—our focus is on honest recommendations and outstanding patient care
- Full time 9:00am to 6:00pm

Scope of Work:

- Help patients find frames that complement their style, lifestyle, and vision needs.
- Provide personalized eyewear recommendations and exceptional customer service.
- Process orders, insurance claims, and patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Work with our Optometrist's office to create a seamless, positive patient experience.
- Keep the Optical organized, inviting,



and beautifully presented.

- A passion for fashion, and helping people feel confident
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous retail, optical, or customer service experience is an asset
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

We're hiring for a full-time position only and are not offering part-time opportunities at this time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
