Digital Commerce

Group - Digital Commerce Bank, Digital Commerce Payments Inc. and Pateno Payments Inc.

- builds digital payment solutions for corporations, high-growth businesses, and FinTech entrepreneurs. You would be working out of our Toronto office alongside a Senior Account Executive, reporting to the Manager of Sales and Partnerships. What you will actually do

Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and uncovering new opportunities

Book meetings and follow up on inbound leads from our campaign and referral pipeline

Support your Senior AE in growing a portfolio of existing accounts with new products and solutions

Contribute to presentations, proposals, strategy, and negotiations

Help clients through documentation and onboarding

Open doors between clients and our internal support teams What we are looking for

1-3 years in customer service, support, retail, hospitality, or any role where you talked to people all day and hit a target





Someone who picks up direction fast, moves with urgency, and follows through accurately

Strong written and verbal communication - you will be emailing founders and CFOs

Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams

Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, fast team

Genuinely curious about payments, banking, and how money moves No FinTech experience required. If you are hungry, coachable, and organized, we will teach you the industry. What you get

$60,000 - $80,000 OTE (base plus commission)
