We are seeking a high-performing Sales executive to drive business growth for a leading Canadian healthcare marketing and medical communications agency. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will serve as the primary catalyst for expanding our footprint across major pharmaceutical and biotech brand teams in both Canada and the United States . This is an established, high-impact role tailored for a consultative seller who thrives on converting strategic relationships into long-term agency partnerships.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Sales Execution: Lead the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting major pharma decision-makers to delivering pitch presentations and closing multi-million dollar annual agreements. Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Own the RFP/RFI process, driving pitch deck creation, strategy formulation, and commercial offer presentations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture trust-based relationships with Brand Managers, Marketing Directors, and Medical Affairs leaders within top-tier pharmaceutical companies.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal cross-functional agency teams (medical writers, account managers, creative leads) to design bespoke promotional and medical education solutions.

Expansion & Networking: Represent the agency at North American industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to bolster brand authority and pipeline momentum.
Key Qualifications Agency-to-Pharma Sales Track Record: Mandatory 3+ years of agency or medical sales experience selling directly into major pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical brand teams (Canada/US).
Proven Revenue Generation: Demonstrated personal history of driving $2M+ in annual recurring sales revenue in complex B2B agency or life sciences contexts. Pharma & Biotech Market Acumen: In-depth understanding of healthcare communications, CME/medical education, and regulatory compliance landscape across North America.
