Estimating material costs and labor costs Engaging with current and potential suppliers and subcontractors Evaluating and presenting project risks and constraints to management Assessing and planning work methods for the smooth execution of tasks Managing costs and evaluating project profitability Responding to technical inquiries from job sites Preparing documentation for compensation requests and/or claims Degree in estimation or an equivalent combination of training and experience Computer skills: Windows environment, MS Project, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), Planswift Spoken language: Advanced English and French
