Job Location (s): 1123 Dorval Drive, Oakville, ON, L6M 3H9 Description: The position supports the successful operations of the Retail Store and Gas Station while following protocol as of a Petro-Canada branded dealer. Key objective of the position is to provide customer satisfaction at all times.

Job duties are as follows but not limited to:

- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the overall operations of the retail fuel station and convenience store.
- Manage employees, delegate responsibilities, and ensure tasks are completed according to company standards.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and local competition to forecast sales and adjust strategies.
- Decide on product offerings and services, and establish appropriate pricing and credit practices.




- Identify suppliers, place orders, and negotiate pricing or terms to maintain inventory and control costs.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Prepare and manage budgets, approve expenses, and track financial performance including sales and margins.
- Monitor customer service quality, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and employee retention.
- Performing the necessary tasks as the employee of a Petro-Canada branded dealer.
- Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications - Post-Secondary education

- Minimum 1 year previous work experience in retail sales or customer service at managerial level Additional Qualifications - Ability to work a adaptable schedule to meet operational needs, including mornings, afternoons, graveyards and evening shifts. Please note our Gas Station operates 24/7, 7 days a week.
